Hi there everyone and welcome to my blog! My name is Lauren, I'm 19 years old and I live in Glasgow. I'm a blue eyed, blonde haired vegetarian Lady Gaga and Owen Wilson fan. I love more than that, but it would take up more than one page. Well, alright here goes; Memebase, comedy movies, squirrels, ducks, Disney, glitter, Jem and the Holograms, Thunderbirds, Avengers, shopping, arts and crafts, Katy Perry, The Sims 3, Family Guy. I don't think I can breathe after that sentence. I mostly learned how to make jewellery myself, although some of it was taught at a local bead shop, which is my favourite place for a bit of retail therapy. So far I have just been making little practice pieces, gifts, etc, but I hope that someday I will be able to sell some of my work (not the one-of-a-kind stuff, that's for myself, family and friends only). The only things standing in my way is:
1) Not enough creative criticism
2) I have no idea how to tax what you sell online
3) I have very little knowledge of how to sell online
As you can see, help on those would be welcomed! Feel free to look around the blog, leave comments on pieces you like or think could be improved, follow the blog if you like what you see and vote on the poll!

Loadsa love,
Lady Hansel nee Zoolander (had to change it. Owen Wilson beats Ben Stiller this time!)

A little help? :)

Okay, I love a lot of things, but most of all, I love being creative.  One of the ways in which I do this is, of course, making jewellery, but another is playing The Sims 3.  This is where I need help.  You can buy custom content for the game online, but you need points to do so.  I have signed up to the reward site I will post the link for at the end of this post, which allows me to earn points which can be exchanged for points cards for use in The Sims 3 Store.  I also earn points for signing people up, so if anyone who reads this could please do so, that would be fantastic.  The reward site allows you to redeem points to get Xbox Live points, Playstation gift cards, ebay and Amazon gift cards, Nintendo points cards, iTunes cards, Minecraft gift codes and more.  You can even ask for custom rewards, which according to the guide is how I should ask for Sims 3 points when I have collected enough points.  If you do this, I would be so grateful.  You can also earn more points by signing others you know up too, so if you want to do this, try to sign up others also!

Thanks, and here is the link:

It has been done again!  I know I haven't posted anything in a while (I have been extremely busy with family/university stuff), but still we've got over 1000 views!  Thank you! xxx

This is the bracelet I made for my Nana's 78th birthday.  Do the colours work?

Fun Flumps

I always liked the way Flumps marshmallows looked, and could never really come up with a way to incorporate them into my work.  Well, I finally figured it out!

Na na na na na na na na...

BATMAN!

Okay, eventually I will stop posting the number of views I've gotten, but I just can't help but be excited that people can see my work!  If only you'd tell me about yourselves and your opinion on my work...

Eat Me.

I must be releasing my inner fat chick.  All my memories are associated with food.  This one reminds me of the giant lollipop my parents bought me whilst on holiday to Haggerston Castle caravan park, which I accidentally dropped while climbing along a wall outside the main complex.  Until I dropped it, it was one sweet lolly!
